About College:
Uttarakhand state government
has setup a residential sports college in Dehradun for emerging
sports men of the age group of 10 to 12 years. Presently it is
providing technical training in six sporting events as 1.
Athletics 2. Football 3. Volleyball 4. Boxing 5. Cricket 6.
Hockey & education from 6th to 12th class from Uttarakhand state
board. This colleges covers an area of 103 acres & Is situated at
Thano Road in Raipur block which is approximately 10 Kms from
Dehradun city.
Objective:
To admit and train the rising sports persons in Uttarakhand by
selecting them against defined standards, providing them all the
facilities and to train them technically to concrete their base
for national and international events.
How to Reach:
11 Km from railway station. 16 km from ISBT in Raipur Block,
Thano Road.
